The following are the Directors of FSG Zimbabwe:
Board Members of FSG Zimbabwe
The Board is responsible for establishing strategies, effective decision-making, establishing internal controls and procedures, performance evaluation and effective reporting. The executive directors are responsible for day-to-day management.
The Board meets every quarter and monitors the executive management and retains full and effective control over the company.
Mustafa T Sachak (Non-executive)
Mustafa is the Group CEO of Masawara Insurance. An Engineer, he holds BSc degrees in Electrical and Chemical Engineering and an MBA.
Clemence Muzondo (Non-executive Chairman)
Clemence is a partner with PKF Zimbabwe, he is a chartered accountant, having qualified with then Coopers & Lybrand and admitted into the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe in 1993. He has over 21 years of experience in the accounting profession, industry and commerce where he held a number of positions. He also holds a Masters of Business Leadership (MBL) from the University of South Africa, his focus in his MBL was on Investments and Service Marketing.
Workmore Chimweta (Non-Executive)
Workmore is a career marketing and sales professional with an orientation, through experience for business growth acceleration and innovation. A business and marketing graduate from the University of Zimbabwe, Workmore has a 20 year track record of extensive experience across Africa – Southern, Western and Eastern – as well as the Middle East and North Africa. This experience spans personal care, household care and foods categories with a global leading multinational. He has served as Sales and Marketing Director as well as CEO for the largest food businesses in Zimbabwe.
Francis Masukusa (Executive)
Francis is the General Manager of FSG Zimbabwe. He is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and an Insurance Examiner with the Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe. He is also a graduate of the Executive Development Programmes from both the University of Zimbabwe and ASCI Hyderabad, India.
Vijayan Narayanan (Non- executive)
Vijay is a Chartered Accountant and Head of Business Development for FSG Limited in Botswana. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Botswana and India.
Kudakwashe Mukushi (Non-Executive)
Kudakwashe is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, one of approximately 20 in Botswana, and a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). He has been with the BIHL Group since 2013 as the CFO of Botswana Life Insurance Limited and was promoted to the position of Group CFO at the BIHL Group in April 2017. Kudakwashe has over 18 years of experience, 9 of which have been in the financial services industry. He represents the BIHL Group on various Boards and Board Committees in investee companies.
